L’Agjenzie regjonâl pe lenghe furlane (ARLeF – Agenzia regionale per la lingua friulana, i.e. Regional agency for the Friulian language), is the body having public legal status as well as administrative and financial autonomy, that in charge of defining the language policy guidelines for the Friulian language and the coordination and verification of the implementation of the actions provided by Regional Law no. 29 of 18 December 2007 (Regulations to protect, exploit and promote the Friulian language) and the other regional regulations dealing with the Friulian language and culture.

The Agency promotes and supports the coordinated and integrated development of programmes of initiatives carried out by the Region and other Public Administrations of Friuli Venezia Giulia to protect the Friulian language and promote its use in all areas of communication and today’s life.
